ELTArc is a start-up company offering community design solutions and safe and sustainable building structure plans, using advanced technology to enhance efficiency, convenience, and accessibility. ELTArc aims to solve community and housing planning issues by providing affordable and up-to-standard design solutions for the average Gambian earners and our Gambian communities. This company is run by a team of four, comprising Lalla Jagne as Managing Director, Tilewa S. Johnson and Ebrima Bah as Lead Designer, and Pa Amat Manneh as the Structural Engineer.
